Café Bomba is the best coffee shop and cafe in downtown Asheville. We call it the “bougie bodega” that dishes out grab and go items, brunchy breakfast option, and premium cups of shade grown organic espresso drinks all day. There is a decidedly European vibe to Cafe Bomba that evokes Paris’ Cafe de Flores. For those who want to write or people watch while eating Chateuabriand or Nicoise Salads, with Euro beer of chilled Veuve Clicquot. Bomba will give until it hurts. I helped focus their rebranding efforts, created a new website, rewrote their full story and worked with photographers Molly Milroy and Jesse Kitt to give them a new identity. I did the same for Salsas and Modesto, and their umbrella brand the Diaz Restaurant Group.
