Cathy Cleary is the cook and gardener, zero food waste advocate, cookbook author, adventurer, friend, community activist and organizer. She's the founder and former owner of Asheville, NC's West End Bakery & Cafe and co-founder of FEAST (Fresh, Easy, Affordable, Sustainable, Tasty). She needed an online presence to share recipes and information about projects, develop a larger community around food justice and sustainability, to talk about her life as a gardener and cook, and to sell her amazing cookbooks.
